About The Third World Geek

You couldn’t find a lazier person in the universe than the Third World Geek. How he’s able to hold down a job is still beyond his comprehension. He would rather listen to music, surf the internet, watch DVDs, or play his favourite Tower Defense | The Crazies Facebook Game all day than go to the office. It’s a wonder how he’s still employed, really. But enough about that.

As you will soon discover, if you linger long enough in this blog, is that stuff here is an amalgamation (hmm, big word) of the things that he really likes. You will read here for example, lots of posts about anime, manga, tennis, boxing, blogging, some gadgets, and board exam results. I’m sure your eyebrows raised after that last phrase.

Why board exam results? Well, the Third World Geek likes money too, and writing board exam results brings a lot of money for the Third World Geek. The last board exam results he wrote about however was a dud. He was too lazy to follow through so it was just floating around in limbo like that feather in Forrest Gump. Nevertheless, the previous board exam results he optimized brought him a ton of money that he was able to purchase an Omega Seamaster. Yes that same expensive-assed watch that James Bond promotes.

One thing about the Third World Geek is that he’s also one big fat liar so be very careful what you believe.

The reason for this longish About page is because while I was trying to sneak in some Internet surfing time while at work, I read about a post about creating an About page by my good friend Darren Rowse. He stopped by last night in my apartment just to tell me I need to write one. Funny that guy. I used to tell him how to blog and all before and now he’s making loads more money than me. If you don’t know him, you should know his more popular cousin, Axl Rose. Yep, that guy. He just dropped the ‘W’ in his surname so it will look like he’s one of the big shots in their band. But that’s another story.

Now that you know a little about the 3WG, why don’t you subscribe? He won’t promise that he’ll be updating his blog every week, heck, he may not even update it for weeks at a time. But you know what, when he does, the update will be freaking ordinary! Trust the 3WG on this one. You won’t like great posts. Good posts are tolerable, but great posts? Tch. After reading one, you’ll start second-guessing yourself and even be embarrassed to the point of giving up just because you can’t churn out a post that’s as great as the recent great post that you just read. That’s why ordinary posts like the Third World Geeks are the best. It makes you want to continue blogging yourself because you know that if this dumbass can actually maintain a blog, then for sure you should be able to maintain one yourself too.

Now go on, click that RSS button, subscribe and prepare to be amazed as the Third World Geek rocks your world with ordinary post after ordinary post in say, every three weeks?

Toodlo!
